DESCRIPTION:Wednesday\, October 22\, 2025\n9:00 AM – 12:00 PM\nThe Ryland Inn\n115 Old Highway 28\, Whitehouse Station\, NJ 08889 \nGeneral Registration – MEMBER Price: $20 / Non-Member Price: $45 \n**Complimentary Registration for 2025 Committee & Task Force Members\, and up to 30 New MJAR 2025 Members** \nThe election of members nominated for the Mid Jersey Association of REALTORS® (MJAR) Board of Directors for 2026 by the Nominating Committee will be conducted at the Annual Meeting. Members have the following two options to vote in the Election of Officers and Directors: \n1) in person through paper ballots at the Annual Meeting;\n2) by proxy for members who wish to vote but are unable to attend the Annual Meeting. \nThe member’s proxy will cast the member’s vote in the member’s absence\, following the instructions provided on the proxy form. Download the Member Proxy form HERE. Proxy votes may not be submitted electronically. (A quorum of 5% of the members OR 50 people\, whichever number is less\, is required. The result is based on a majority vote of the members present so long as a quorum has been reached. Only REALTOR® members in good standing may vote.) \nThe event will include continental breakfast\, an update from 2025 President Gareth Farmer\, a presentation of the REALTOR® Emeritus Awards\, 2025 MJAR REALTOR® of the Year Award\, and the 2025 MJAR Good Neighbor Award. Additionally\, our dedicated MJAR 2025 Committee Members will be acknowledged. \nAfter the program\, be entertained by mentalist\, magician and inspirational speaker Greg Dwyer\, who focuses on training the mind behind the sale.
