DESCRIPTION:The New Jersey Division on Civil Rights (DCR)\nAll New Jersey residents and those seeking housing have the right to an experience that is free from discrimination. This training will provide an overview of the New Jersey Law Against Discrimination (LAD) and review housing protections under the LAD. Through case studies and other interactive exercises\, participants will examine topics including source of lawful income discrimination\, steering\, sexual harassment\, reasonable accommodations\, and service and support animals. \nNOTE: This training provides a broad overview of housing protections under the New Jersey Law Against Discrimination.
