DESCRIPTION:Continuing Education Credit:\nNew Jersey Real Estate: 2 Ethics Credits (C20202156)\nNew Jersey Real Estate: 1 Fair Housing Credit (C20202848) \nThis 3-hour course fulfills both the NAR Triennial Requirement and the NJREC Continuing Education requirement. Upon successful completion\, students will gain an understanding of ethical real estate practices and the appropriate actions to take when ethical issues arise. The course also covers Federal and State Fair Housing guidelines\, celebrating over 50 years of Fair Housing and promoting equal housing opportunities for all. To receive CE credit for online courses\, attendees must participate fully and interact throughout the entire webinar. \nVirtual Attendance:\nThe Zoom link will be emailed prior to the class. Login 10 minutes in advance of the start of class. Your Zoom display name must match your real name so we can identify you. \nCAMERA: If possible\, please turn-on your camera (except during breaks.)\nAUDIO: Please keep your microphone muted throughout the duration of the class.
