SUMMARY:Assistance Animals: Navigating The Rights Of People With Disabilities
DESCRIPTION:The New Jersey Division on Civil Rights (DCR)\nIn New Jersey\, housing providers\, employers\, and places of public accommodation are required to modify or make exceptions to their policies governing animals in order to accommodate people with disabilities. In this session\, DCR representatives will clarify what the New Jersey Law Against Discrimination says about assistance animals\, and answer some of the questions we frequently hear from members of the public.
