Jackson) and Bernard Garrett (Anthony Mackie)\, two of the first African-American bankers in the United States. Two revolutionary businessmen devise an audacious and risky plan to take on the racially oppressive establishment of the 1960s by hiring a working-class white man to pretend to be the head of their business empire while posing as a janitor and chauffeur.
