Code of Ethics & The Fair Housing Act Class (2 Ethics Credits, 1 Fair Housing Credit)

This 3-hour course will satisfy the NAR Code of Ethics requirement and the NJ ethics and fair housing continuing education requirements. Upon successfully completing this course, students will understand how to practice real estate in the most ethical way possible and the actions taken when ethics are in question. In addition to the ethics component, the course will also review both the Federal and State Fair Housing guidelines to ensure equal housing opportunities for all.
