Mid Jersey Association of REALTORS® Supra system covers Mercer County, and includes access to Burlington, Camden, Gloucester, and Salem counties. We also have a number of reciprocities where you can get access with your Mid Jersey Association of REALTORS® Supra eKey without paying for an additional key— find a complete list of our reciprocities below.
Already have a Supra key and need to activate a reciprocity? Email supra@core-realtors.com with your key’s serial number, PIN, and where it was originally issued (see list below).

Supra Support
For Supra eKey or keybox support during business hours, contact Mid Jersey Association of REALTORS® at 609-392-3666, Option 1. If you need assistance with your Supra eKey after Mid Jersey Association of REALTORS® business hours or during the weekend, please contact Supra Support at 877-699-6787 or email suprasupport@carrier.com.
Steps to Set Up an MJAR Supra eKey
- Email supra@core-realtors.com to request an appointment. Appointments are over-the-phone, Monday-Friday, 10 am to 3 pm, and typically take less than 30 minutes.
- Review the Keyholder Agreement.
- Sign and return MJAR’s Supra Rules & Regulations. The signed document must be submitted by your scheduled appointment time.
- Download the app before your appointment by searching for “Supra eKey” in your app store. Required permissions:
- Apple/iOS: Bluetooth
- Android: Location (at least while using the app)
- Complete your phone appointment with MJAR staff.
- Activate/confirm any needed reciprocities from the list below.
Supra & Bright MLS & CJMLS
Supra eKeys Fees
Monthly service fee: Basic – $21.84 | Professional – $29.73
Fees due at time of appointment:
- One-time Activation fee: $50 plus tax
- Prorated monthly service fee
- Debit date is the 12th of every month
MJAR's Supra Reciprocities
Please note that the counties listed are subject to change as MLS and Association areas change. Contact the organization listed for the most up-to-date list of their service area.
Bucks County Association of REALTORS (Pennsylvania): Adams, Berks, Carbon, Chester, Cumberland, Dauphin, Delaware, Lancaster, Lebanon, Lehigh Valley, Monroe, Montgomery, North Hampton, Perry, Philadelphia, Schuylkill, and York counties in Pennsylvania
- Must be licensed in PA to get access. Provide your serial number, PIN, and that your key is from Mid Jersey Association of REALTORS® to activate reciprocity.

- Reciprocity should be automatic, but it’s recommended keyholders confirm with the MLS.
- Provide your serial number, PIN, and that your key is from Mid Jersey Association of REALTORS® to confirm reciprocity.

Garden State MLS: Bergen, Essex, Hudson, Hunterdon, Morris, Passaic, Somerset, Sussex, Union, and Warren counties
- Membership with GSMLS is required to activate the reciprocity. Follow the steps here to submit your request online to GSMLS.

- Membership with the Board/MLS is required to activate the reciprocity.
