Join Dr. Lisa Sturtevant, Chief Economist with Bright MLS, as she provides an update on the U.S. and New Jersey housing market, with an outlook for what to expect over the next six months. The presentation will cover key economic and demographic trends shaping the New Jersey market, along with a discussion of potential impacts of the NAR settlement, presidential election, and other “wildcards” on the housing market. Lunch and light breakfast will be provided for all attendees.
