Bright MLS Changes and NAR Settlement Updates

Join us for a live webinar to hear the latest and upcoming Bright MLS updates aimed at ensuring NAR settlement compliance and enhancing transparency for homebuyers and sellers.
Recent Updates as of June 12th:
• New Seller Concession Fields: Available at listing entry and close for improved agent-client communication.
• Client Disclosure Form: Newly available to ensure clarity and compliance.
Upcoming in August:
• Removal of Compensation Fields: Eliminated from Bright and all reports to comply with the NAR settlement.
• Unlimited Coming Soon Status: The 21-day limit will be removed, requiring only the Expected On-Market Date.
• Listings Entry Clarification: The MLS Entry Date must be within 2 days of the listing term beginning, which is the first date any potential buyer may learn about the property.
• New Disclosure Form Requirement: Mandatory for all clients, providing essential disclosures and clarifying MLS marketing opportunities.
