Bright MLS Changes for NAR Settlement Compliance

Join us to hear the latest and upcoming Bright MLS updates aimed at ensuring NAR settlement compliance and enhancing transparency for homebuyers and sellers. Including:
• New Seller Concession Fields: Available at listing entry and close for improved agent-client communication.
• Client Disclosure Form: Newly available to ensure clarity and compliance. • Removal of Compensation Fields: Eliminated from Bright and all reports to comply with the NAR settlement.
• Unlimited Coming Soon Status: The 21-day limit will be removed, requiring only the Expected On-Market Date.
• Listings Entry Clarification: The MLS Entry Date must be within 2 days of the listing term beginning, which is the first date any potential buyer may learn about the property.
• New Disclosure Form Requirement: Mandatory for all clients, providing essential disclosures and clarifying MLS marketing opportunities.
