Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR®) Designation Course – Earn PA & NJ CE credits
The Mid Jersey Association of REALTORS® is partnering with the NEXUS Association of REALTORS® and the Bucks County Real Estate Institute / Bucks County Association of REALTORS® to offer the two-day Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR®) Designation Course.
As the foundation of the ABR® designation program, this course is the benchmark of excellence in buyer representation. Designed for real estate professionals who are passionate about advocating for buyers, the course provides the training, skills, and resources needed to succeed in today’s competitive marketplace.
Participants will gain a deeper understanding of the duties REALTORS® owe to clients, customers, the public, and fellow REALTORS® under the National Association of REALTORS® Code of Ethics and Standards of Practice. You’ll learn practical strategies to effectively represent buyers, strengthen client relationships, and deliver exceptional service throughout the transaction process.

The ABR® designation is awarded by the Real Estate Buyer’s Agent Council (REBAC), an affiliate of the National Association of REALTORS®. This course offers both New Jersey and Pennsylvania continuing education credits.
How to Earn the ABR® Designation
- Successfully complete the two-day ABR® Designation Course
- Complete one approved elective course
- Submit the designation application, including documentation of five completed transactions as a buyer’s representative
The course includes:
1 NJ Agency CE Credit
2 NJ Fair Housing CE Credits
12 NJ Ethics CE Credits
1 PA Broker Credit*
15 PA CE Hours*
*Pennsylvania licensees are eligible to receive CE credit. To Obtain PA CE credits, please contact Director of Education & Events, Maya Castellon at events@midjerseyaor.com.
This two-day course also includes 12 Ethics Credits (C20161033), 2 New Jersey Fair Housing continuing education credits, with one hour of Fair Housing instruction offered each day, as well as 1 New Jersey Agency continuing education credit, helping New Jersey licensees meet their CE requirements while advancing their buyer representation expertise.

Class is 9:00am-4:30pm Sept. 30 & Oct. 1 Via Zoom. You must attend both days to get credit. Students will receive Zoom link the day before the class starts. Our instructor is, Anna Janda, Director, Real Estate Success Institute.
