NJHMFA First Time Home Buyer Seminar
This training provides a high-level overview of NJHMFA’s single-family mortgage programs for first-time homebuyers, including the First-Time Homebuyer Program, Homeward Bound Program, and HFA Advantage mortgage options. The session will also cover available down payment assistance programs, including Smart Start and First-Generation Down Payment Assistance.
Attendees will gain a better understanding of borrower eligibility, property requirements, county-specific income limits, and key features of NJHMFA’s financing and down payment assistance programs.
