Section 1. Name. The name of this organization shall be the Mid Jersey Association of REALTORS®, Incorporated, hereinafter referred to as the “Association.”
Section 2. REALTOR® Trademark. Inclusion and retention of the Registered Collective Membership Mark REALTORS® in the name of the Association shall be governed by the Constitution and Bylaws of the NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF REALTORS® as from time to time amended. Read more.
