Supra iBox/Lockbox

Download the User Guide here.

The iBox BTLE is an electronic keybox that is placed on listings and holds the listing’s keys. The iBox BTLE uses Bluetooth® or infrared technology to communicate with Supra keys. These keyboxes can only be accessed using Supra eKey.

Each time an iBox is opened, it records the date, time, and identity of the keyholder. The information is delivered to Supra’s secure database and can be obtained using SupraWEB. The listing agent can also read the iBox to view recent access information.

The iBox offers many features for agents to ensure the client’s security concerns are met, including the ability to customize showing hours, require a Call Before Showing code, and send showing notes.

Purchasing an iBox BTLE

Mid Jersey Association of Realtors® (MJAR) members can purchase iBoxes for $115 plus tax and are for listings in Mercer County, but can be used in Burlington, Camden, Gloucester, and Salem counties. Not a MJAR Realtor member? Download the MJAR Membership application here.

MJAR’s iBoxes are leased from Supra, which provides a number of benefits for their users:

  • If the lockbox becomes damaged (key container jams, shackle rusts, etc.), they’re covered under MJAR’s warranty and can be replaced with a new iBox at no cost.
  • If Supra releases a new lockbox, you can trade in your current iBox BTLE for the newer version, at no charge.
There are also restrictions on MJAR’s iBoxes:

They can only be used within our service area – primarily Mercer County, but can also be used in Burlington, Camden, Gloucester, and Salem counties.

They cannot be transferred out of MJAR’s service area.
Interesting in purchasing a Supra iBox BTLE? Email Supra@MidJerseyAOR.com or call MJAR offices at 732-442-3400, Option 3.
