Apply for primary (MJAR, NJ Realtors®, and NAR) or secondary (MJAR with/without NJ Realtors®) membership. Agent and Designated Realtor® signatures required.
Establish a new Realtor® office. Broker and Designated Realtor® signatures required.
Update the Designated Realtor® for an office. If Designated Realtor® is not already a member of MJAR, submit application with a Realtor® Membership Application. Broker and Designated Realtor® signature required.
Affiliate Membership is for businesses working in the real estate industry.
Membership Forms
To notify MJAR that an agent is no longer with your office. Designated Realtor® signature required and receipt of change made with the NJ Real Estate Commission required.
Transfer membership to a new office. Member and new Designated Realtor® signatures required.
This form may be used to submit changes to Member contact information already on file. Reproduce and use for each licensee who is transferring to or departing from your office.
Membership Requests
To request a Letter of Good Standing, complete the form below and our Membership team will respond accordingly. Members will need to submit the following form including their NJREC license reference number.
Please note: Provisional members cannot request a Letter of Good Standing until all membership requirements have been met.
As a member benefit, MJAR’s executive conference room and multi-use training rooms, located at MJAR’s headquarters in South River and our satellite office in Branchburg, are available for rent by the hour for meetings, training sessions, seminars, and more.
