CORE Co-President Judy Moriarty of Trenton, Broker at Zillow, Named New Jersey REALTORS® 2023 Realtor of the Year
TRENTON, NJ (December 8, 2023) – CORE Association of REALTORS® announced CORE Co-President Judy Moriarty, a Broker with Zillow Inc, has been selected as the New Jersey Realtors® 2023 Realtor of the Year.
This year’s New Jersey Realtor of the Year has dedicated her 25-year Realtor career exemplifying leadership at all three levels of the Realtor organization. Judy is a licensed broker in NJ, NY, PA, VA, and AK and currently holds the position of Broker of Record in NJ, NY, PA, and VA for Zillow. She helped set up brokerage operations in those states and has helped craft the company’s compliance (regulatory and REALTOR Code of Ethics) and customer-agent and consumer service strategies in those states as well as companywide.
At the local level, Judy serves as the 2023 CORE Co-President and as an NAR Director. She has served at the state level for 20 years—most recently as the 2022 Chair of the Professional Standards Committee. She also serves as a Director on the New Jersey Realtors Board of Directors. At the national level, Judy has served on various NAR committees and is currently serving a multi-year term on the MLS Issues and Policies Committee. She has held the C2EX (Commitment to Excellence) certification since its inception, as well as the At Home with Diversity (AHWD) certification, the Accredited Buyers Representative (ABR) and e-Pro – Technology Skills designations.
Judy’s resolve to honor the Realtors’ commitment to service is evident through her extensive community involvement, including her work with the Rustin Center for Social Justice in Princeton, and previously at The Trenton City Museum at Ellerslie, and the Princeton Chapter and national Board of Mothers & More.
