Fair Housing and Cultural Diversity Class (3 Fair Housing Credits)

This interactive 3 hour course will give agents a better understanding of the Federal and State Fair Housing laws and the role that cultural diversity plays in upholding these laws. As a result of having taken this course, the real estate professional will have a greater understanding of effective communication methods that lead to improved service of a multicultural clientele.
