As a Broker/Owner, former President of NJ REALTORS®, and longtime advocate for financial literacy, Bob has helped advance financial education initiatives at both the state and national levels.
In Nillions to Millions, Bob shares practical strategies developed from his experience in the real estate industry to help you better manage both your personal and business finances. You’ll explore budgeting and fluctuating income, tax filing and business expenses, debt, savings and investment options, retirement vehicles, tax strategies, and wills and estate planning specific to real estate professionals. Whether you’re new to real estate, building your business, or are preparing for retirement, this course provides practical financial concepts you can apply immediately.
Upon completion, participants will be able to:
- Create a practical personal and business budget, including managing fluctuating income.
- Understand debt, business expenses, and their impact on the bottom line.
- Recognize key real estate tax considerations, including the potential value of an LLC.
- Identify savings, investment, and retirement options to help put income to work and plan for the future.
- Recognize the importance of wills and estate planning for real estate professionals.
- Formulate better questions for professional advisors, including accountants, attorneys, and investment advisors.

This class is HYBRID, join in-person at MJAR Headquarters, 14 Old Bridge Turnpike, South River, NJ 08882, or via GoToWebinar. Absences of 15 minutes or more will result in disqualification from earning CE credit. Partial attendance will not be eligible for continuing education credit.
