Radon & The Real Estate Professional (2 Elective CE Credits)

This HYBRID course provides real estate professionals with a practical foundation for addressing radon concerns during a transaction. Learn why radon matters to buyers and sellers, how it is properly measured, and how issues can be resolved quickly and effectively. The course also covers disclosure considerations and best practices for navigating radon-related discussions while keeping transactions on track.

Important Registration Information:
By registering for this course, you agree to have your email address shared with The Center for Environmental Research and Technology, Inc. (CERTI) for the purpose of course enrollment and quiz completion. All students will be enrolled in CERTI’s learning system on the morning of the live class using the email provided at registration. After the course, students will use that email to log in and complete the required quiz. Once completed, certificates will be immediately available for download and stored permanently in the student’s CERTI account.
