Shield & Sell: Ensuring Real Estate Safety in Critical Situations is a practical 2-hour course designed to help real estate professionals better understand personal safety, professional risk, and liability in today’s market.
Through real-world scenarios and discussion, attendees will learn how to recognize common safety risks during showings, open houses, and client interactions, while developing strategies to reduce personal and professional exposure. The course also explores how situational awareness, communication practices, documentation, and brokerage policies play a critical role in protecting both agents and consumers.
This course is ideal for REALTORS® looking to strengthen their safety practices, improve risk management skills, and better understand how professional conduct and decision-making impact liability and compliance.
Attendance:
This class will be held via Webinar. Submit questions via the Chat feature. Full attendance is required to receive continuing education credits for each class. Absences of 15 minutes or more will result in disqualification from earning CE credit. Partial attendance will not be eligible for continuing education credit.
