The deadline to complete the 12 required CE credits to renew your NJ real estate license is quickly approaching. In order to avoid a $200 late fee from the NJ Real Estate Commission, required CE credits must be completed by April 30, 2023. If you haven’t completed your required credits, check the CORE Calendar for our upcoming virtual, live-instructor CE offerings. You can also visit The CE Shop, a nationwide, virtual real estate CE provider with which CORE partners.
Take advantage of our partnership with The CE Shop to ensure you’re up to date on all things real estate, including the latest fair housing laws and all your CE.
Use Code “FAIRHOUSING” at checkout to receive 30% off all continuing education courses! The promotion expires April 30.
Step 1
Log into your PSI CE Tracking Account to confirm that all requirements are met. If you do not see credits in your PSI account for a course you completed, please get in touch with the class provider directly to ensure your credits were received at the Real Estate Commission.
Step 2
Complete the NJ Real Estate Commission Qualifying Questionnaire before June 30.
Step 3
Discuss with your broker how to submit the payment for license renewal before June 30. The renewal fee for a Real Estate Salesperson is $100. The renewal fee for a Real Estate Broker/Broker-Salesperson is $200.
Once you have completed these steps, your broker can submit your license for renewal to the NJ Real Estate Commission. If you have further questions regarding your license renewal, please get in touch with us at 609-392-3666 or email CORE Director of Education and Events Craig Pantellere at craig@core-realtors.com.
