This MJAR Brunch & Learn will empower Realtors® with knowledge about affordable housing, lending products, and resources to help buyers across the Garden State. Attendees will gain the necessary tools and resources to assist first-time homebuyers and low—and moderate-income borrowers obtain affordable mortgages. This hybrid event is free to members. To attend virtually, a Zoom link will be emailed one (1) day prior to all registered attendees.

Note: Your Portal username is your NRDS number, and your default password is your last name – all lowercase. Once logged into the Member Portal, go to “Upcoming Events” on the right side of the dashboard, and click on “Affordable Lending Program” to register.
