Reminder to Renew Your 2026 MJAR REALTOR® Membership Dues

The 2026 REALTOR® membership dues invoices are available at the user-friendly MJAR Member Portal. The *$511.00 membership dues renewals are to be paid by January 1, 2026. A late fee of $102.20 will be applied on January 16, 2026, if dues are not paid. No exceptions.

To ensure a smooth dues renewal process, please take note of the following important dates:

• • January 1, 2026 – Annual dues payment due date
  • January 16, 2026 – Late fee of 20% or $102.20 assessed on any unpaid dues invoices
  • February 1, 2026 – REALTOR® members with unpaid 2026 dues may have their REALTOR® membership suspended.
  • March 1, 2026 – All members in an office must have paid 2026 dues and the DR must have paid assessments for any non-member licensees with that office, or every REALTOR® in the office, including the Designated REALTOR®, could have their membership inactivated.

* The amount is a total of local dues, state dues and national dues for 2026.

You can pay your membership dues with a credit card or by check. To pay by credit card, log in to the MJAR Member Portal by clicking the orange button above. If paying by check, make check payable to Mid Jersey Association of REALTORS® and submit it to 14 Old Bridge Turnpike, South River, NJ 08882, with a copy of your invoice.

BROKERS: You are able to review your entire Agent Roster at any time. In your member portal, click on “Office” and then click on “My Members Association Account” for a list of all active agents in your office that have not paid their 2026 Dues Payment.

Please assist us in tracking who has paid and who is outstanding, and encourage your agents and principals to make timely payments so that services are not suspended.
